Mike Bucciarelli has been rotisserie cooking since 1975. He is involved with designing and building the equipment as well as the cooking. He loves nothing more than seeing people have a good time. Mike has definitely perfected the art of barbeque!
Marsha Bucciarelli, Director of Marketing, helps plan major events. She owns Professional Software Training (PST) and Lakeland Institute of Technology as well and provides one-on-one business and industry training on-site in the Sharon, Pennsylvania and Youngstown, Ohio, and off-site at her Lakeland Tech location area.
Mobile Rotisserie Meat Cooker
We have two stainless steel Buzzard Boxes--one machine has a capacity of holding 120 chickens and the other 250 chickens! Our "kitchen on wheels" allows us to cook for very large crowds—it is a 27' step van with hot running water and electricity and furnished with kitchen equipment such as a meat slicer, steam table, hot box, cooler, meat cutting table, coffee urn, corn cooker, etc. and a crew with red aprons having a good old time while working hard at various social functions, restaurants, and fundraising events!
